TYPE OF SESSIONS
Let's get to work!
GROUP TRAINING
Working with groups no bigger than 10 per session in order to give complete attention to every player. Create consistency and constant repetition of the fundamental aspects of the game, involving skills/dribbling, passing, controlling the ball, shooting, and overall coordination, balance and agility are highly emphasized in order to be able to execute all other aspects of the game with more consistency.

1 ON 1 PRIVATE TRAINING
Emphasize work to a specific player, in whichever technical area of the game he/she must improve or specific to their game. Complete attention is on that individual where the player more repetitions on the specific task at hand. Whether it be shooting, passing, awareness, defending, or just overall fitness that needs to be improved. Coaches are there to tailor to the players specific needs and push that individual to the maximize their performances within sessions.

FITNESS/AEROBIC TRAINING
Working on a specific area of the game in order to increase our cardiovascular performance during games. A huge component of the game is how well prepared we are to last a full 90min+ game. The more prepared we are to last a full game physically, the more consistency we can create on the technical side of the game and minimize mistakes due to tiredness.
