Ontiveros Performance Academy was born out of a simple idea: bringing high quality, accessible and affordable training to the entire community of RGV. Our unique approach to coaching and top quality staff makes Ontiveros Performance Academy one of the best training facilities in South Texas. We cater to the needs of every individual that sets foot at our facility. We focus on developing soccer players in all areas of the game, emphasizing the technical part of the game, making sure that each player is in control of each movement by consistently working on their coordination, agility, and overall stability on the ball  Prioritizing the idea of making sure that every player becomes well rounded technically/skill wise on the ball and physically prepared in all areas to be confident enough to step into any field and against any competition. As an established elite program in the RGV, we aim to create a competitive environment within the staff and more importantly within the players when stepping into a session with us.

The main philosophy behind our program is to give an opportunity to each player regardless of their age or skill, to be trained by high quality coaches on a daily basis. We want to provide an enjoyable experience to every player that comes to train with us, but making sure that these three values can be instilled within each player, discipline, honesty, and trust. Our program works within the boundaries of those 3 values, so that we can provide the best training possibleto each individual, while still making sure that every athlete becomes a better human being on and off the field.
